Anne started playing piano age 5, eventually studying under the esteemed Brian Beckett at “The Royal Irish Academy of Music”, attaining an A.L.C.M in performance and a L.C.C.M (TD) in piano tuition. Anne has been teaching piano and Irish dancing for over 30 years, some students going on to achieve M.A and PhD in Music and music technology. Many university students attend Anne to study for Diplomas on Advanced Repertoire. Piano lessons for all ages and abilities, based in Letterkenny specializing in young and adults and gifted students. Anne teaches piano in an relaxed by innovative and passionate manner. Lessons are informal but structured.
The home studio is efficient and professional, helping students reach new heights. All genre of music are encouraged – Classical, Jazz, Pop, Rock and Traditional Irish. Improvisation is especially nurtured.
